About GGCA
School History
It was summer in 2005 when Galilee Grace Christian was started with six pupil in a residential house at Block 3 Lot 3, a 36-sq.m. lot with a one small room. Then a Summer Vacation Bible School with seven child was organized. When June came, seventeen enrolled for the preschool program and the year ended with twenty-six.
In his first visit in Bulacan Meadows, Teacher/President Romy Lee Ancheta noticed that many homes have small children left to the house maids while parents work in Manila. The need for somebody whom to entrust thee children pushed teacher Romy to begin a school ministry.
During the second year, the Lord entrusted us with seventy-seven children raging from nursery to grade three. Last year, we have sixty-seven pupil from nursery to grade four. This year, we again thank the Lord for trusting us with sixty-one pupils.
In this year to come, as we continue with the vision, we are positive that God is going to see us through and entrust us with more lives. We believe that children are gift from God and Galilee is built by God to take care of the children and to guide them towards his purpose in creating them. We believe that each child who sent to Galilee would play a vital role in the next future
Philosophy
Galilee Grace Christian Academy is established to train children for their highest potential on our society, for the Glory of God - through a consecrated faculty, high academic standards, Biblical instruction and a genuinely Christian environment.
GGCA education is founded on the truth that God, the creator of the universe, is the sovereign and the source of all wisdom and that man, his creation, attains the highest good and fullest satisfaction when he submits himself to the will of God as the foundation of knowledge.
GGCA regards children as God's image-bearers endowed with faculties that enable them to active constructors of learning. They are viewed as diverse individuals with their family background, age, gender, unique personality and gifts. Thus GGCA endeavors to provide a holistic and multi-faceted education that addresses their needs and develops their full potentials.
Acknowledging the family as the primary institution which God delegated the task of educating the young as a trustee, works hand in hand with the parents raising the children according to the ways of God.
Galilee Grace Christian Academy exist to fulfill God's purpose by providing holistic Christian Education for Children to be Christ-like, innovative and responsive to the needs and challenges of the times.
